- The provider should have a good technical support department that
will answer your questions, by telephone or e-mail with in a day.
- You should choose a Web hosting company that allows at least 50MB
(megabytes) of information to transfer in one day. If more information
is transferred, you may have to pay extra.
- The Web hosting company should be reliable. What is their percentage
downtime, for servers maintains and upgrades?
- Storage space provided by the hosting company to save Web pages are
limited, you will need at least 5 MB (megabytes) of information.
- Your Web hosting company should supply you with statistics, your
most popular pages, and the amount of visitors, error messages, and so
on… Access logs can help you make changes for a better Web site.
- Your hosting company should allows you to use CGI script program especially if you are going to have forms and questionnaires to be fill out.
